About Me
Steven Telsey is a New York based actor who recently starred as Lesh in Harmony: A New Musical on Broadway. His artistic journey has spanned across numerous facets of the entertainment industry, having worked in close collaboration with many legendary Grammy, Tony, Emmy, and Academy Award recognized artists. His work in television, musical theatre, straight plays, concert performance, and on cast recordings has brought Steven to some of the world’s most renowned venues, including Carnegie Hall, Radio City Music Hall, Lincoln Center, and The Ethel Barrymore Theatre. Steven has a passion for teaching and coaching, and most recently coached for the Jimmy Awards on Broadway.
Recently
This summer, Steven was Henrik Egerman in Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's A Little Night Music at Ogunquit Playhouse in Maine. Starring Julia Murney, with Academy Award nominee Kathleen Turner, the production was directed by Hunter Foster. Click above to see a short clip of Steven as Henrik!
During the 2023-24 season, Steven starred on Broadway at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre as "Lesh" in Harmony: A New Musical, directed and choreographed by Warren Carlyle, with music by Barry Manilow, and book & lyrics by Bruce Sussman.
This summer, Steven was recently seen as Captain John Dagworthy on George: Rise Of A Revolutionary, directed by David O'Neill, on Fox.

A 2014 Jimmy's nominee himself, Steven is proud to be one of the "Broadway Coaches" for nominees of the Jimmy Awards! As a coach, Steven works with the nominees to polish their songs, before they perform them at the Minskoff Theatre on Broadway.
